1. General Provisions
1.1. Wyertech EOOD respects the privacy of its customers' personal data and guarantees its
protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection
Act (PDPA).
1.2. This Privacy Policy informs data subjects about what personal data we collect, for what purposes
we use it, to whom we provide it, and what their rights are.
2. Data We Collect and Legal Grounds
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
For the execution of a purchase/delivery contract: Names, delivery address, phone number,
and email address (Legal ground: Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
For issuing accounting documents (invoices): Names, Personal ID Number (EGN - only at the
customer's request for an invoice issued to an individual), and address (Legal ground: Compliance
with a legal obligation under the Accountancy Act and VAT Act – Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
For credit/leasing applications: When choosing payment in installments, the Buyer fills out an
application form. The data required for creditworthiness assessment (including Personal ID,
income, etc.) is transmitted directly to the selected financial institution (TBI Bank, BNP Paribas,
etc.), which acts as an independent data controller. Wyertech EOOD does not store or process
this financial data in its systems.
3. Specific Privacy Clause for Service Activities
3.1. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA ON CLIENT MEDIA STORAGE DEVICES: When providing
devices (computers, laptops, hard drives, SSDs) for diagnostics, repair, or assembly, the
technicians of Wyertech EOOD DO NOT browse, DO NOT copy, DO NOT distribute, and DO
NOT store any personal data, files, or documents contained in the memory of these storage
media.
3.2. Access to storage media is strictly limited to technical actions necessary to test hardware
integrity and install the operating system or drivers as contracted.
4. Recipients of Personal Data (Sharing)
Your data is provided only to trusted partners with whom we have contractual relationships:
Courier Companies: For the purpose of delivering the ordered electronics.
Banks/Financial Institutions: Only upon express online credit application initiated by the
customer.Accounting Consultants: For the purpose of invoice processing and sales reporting in
compliance with Bulgarian legislation.
5. Retention Period
Personal data contained in accounting documents (invoices) is stored for a period of 10 years in
accordance with the requirements of the Accountancy Act. Data collected for the purpose of the
website profile or delivery is stored until the profile is deleted or for a period of 5 years from the last
order for the purpose of defense against legal claims.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Every user has the right to: access their data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction
of processing, data portability, as well as the right to object. Applications must be submitted in writing
